On behalf of the Steering Committee of ADAM Energy Forum I would like to say thank you for your continued support and involvement in the Acquisitions, Divestitures and Mergers (ADAM) Energy Forum.

ADAM Annual Membership Dues for calendar year 2008 will remain at $275.00 per member. There will be no refund if a member is unable to fulfill his/her membership.

Your annual membership dues include the following:
     •  Monthly Luncheons
     •  ADAM Capital Markets Symposium
     •  Fall Gala

Membership dues do not include the entry fee for the annual ADAM Golf Tournament.

The monthly luncheon meetings are held in the Main Dining Room of the Dallas Petroleum Club on the First Thursday of each month. Social events may be in lieu of the monthly luncheon meeting.

We request that reservations for the monthly luncheons are made each month, no later than the Monday preceding the meeting you are planning to attend. Reservations may be made by visiting our Reservations page and filling out the online Reservation Form.

Members may invite guests to the luncheon for $25.00 per guest, payable by check or cash. Checks should be made payable to ADAM Energy Forum and mailed in time to arrive prior to the day of the luncheon, to:

We announce each event via email to every member which has provided an email address. If for some reason you are not receiving the email announcement you may go to the website and send a message to the ADAM Admin. As an alternative, please feel free to keep in touch with ADAM activities by checking the Industry Calendar page on the website.

ADAM Membership Qualifications
Membership in ADAM is restricted to individuals in the oil and gas industry that are directly involved with the acquisition or divestiture of oil & gas properties. These individuals may work for oil & gas companies, capital suppliers, reserve estimation firms, legal firms or brokerage firms that deal in oil & gas property acquisitions / divestitures.

Membership is limited to no more than two individuals per company. Each membership is an individual membership and is not a corporate membership. If a person changes companies, that individual retains his or her membership for the balance of the calendar year.

Exceptions to these guidelines may be allowed in special situations, if approved by the Steering Committee of ADAM.
